I originally made an appointment to have my 2004 Mazda Tribute checked to see if any service was needed and to have a front passenger side window control problem corrected. These were both handled efficiently through Chris who, on learning that I had lost two sets of car keys on a recent trip and needed to replace them, told me that he could obtain and code new sets of car access openers for me. He did this promptly and at minimal cost so that I only needed to have the ignition keys cut and coded by a Mazda dealer. As, I always have in the past, I very much appreciated your prompt and thorough service,

I am very happy with the service provided by Ken's Muffler. They were able to fix a leak in the exhaust system and inspected the vehicle so they could advise me of other items that needed to be fixed to keep the truck running. They have a courtesy shuttle that drove me to work and picked me up at work once the truck was repaired. They are polite, professional and honest. I would recommend them when your vehicle needs service.

*Excellent* customer service, start to finish. as I do with all my auto maintenance I wonder if the labor was worth it, or if I should have youtube-d it. That aside, this was super fast, effective, friendly and quality service.
