I took my 2001 Toyota Camry in for a problem and received an email notice that this or that should be done. Some of the things I agreed needed to be done so I agreed then Chris mentioned an engine cleaning flush. I'd never heard of such a thing. He explained that this flush would get rid of carbon build up in the engine and make the engine run more efficiently. After 200,250 plus miles , I agreed to it. When I picked up the car, paid the bill, went to the car and started it, the engine was immediately smoother. As I drove off the lot I had to agree that Chris was right. Shortly thereafter I brought my 1982 truck in because the driver side window would simply not come up. Beau, alerted me, via Chris that several items needed addressing. They solved the problem and off I went. Not two weeks later I brought my wife's car in for service. Are you getting a pattern here? Whatever they say they are going to do they do in Spades. My wife's car is still in limbo but my other two vehicles are working wonderfully thanks to Ken's Muffler. Their staff is friendly and Chris, the one you meet coming in the door will go out of his way to explain what is really needed to be done to your car and , most especially, why. I highly recommend them. But, just as soon as they let me down, then will I stop recommending them and tell you why.
