Ken's is reaching out to customers for participants to bring in their vehicles to give their mechanics training exercises. My old Rabbit was a good candidate. We both achieved our purpose, but I think I got the better deal in the short term. Sure, they have improved their mechanics skills, but I learned how much brake life is left, had the front end tightened up, and since they had some time, they even washed my car. I'd say they are trying hard to win my trust and business. And they are succeeding. And so they should.
