My family has been dealing with Ken's for twelve to fourteen years, the service continues to be the best. Scott and everyone always has time to help, this past Thursday I took my vehicle in for an oil change, transmission service, and a recharge on my A/C. About an hour later Kendall called to tell me that the transmission did not need to be serviced, did I want to service it anyway? What service, fair and fast, what more can you ask for? The auto dealerships should hire this people to teach them what customer service is all about.
