Nice to find a place with honesty and integrity as their main goal. Scott, Kendall & Josh were great! Told me like it was about my tires "you are not driving on the old ones", PERIOD! Explained everything so I could understand what was going on elsewhere on my truck and all with courtesy and a smile. Refreshing to find somewhere you can actually trust nowadays.

It's quite nice (and rare) to have a mechanic shop that will admit that something wasn't right---then make it right, and do it all with no charge! We have been to repair shops that add unnecessary parts to our car, and more costs to our bill. Scott and his team at Ken's are the exception to the rule.

My family has been dealing with Ken's for twelve to fourteen years, the service continues to be the best. Scott and everyone always has time to help, this past Thursday I took my vehicle in for an oil change, transmission service, and a recharge on my A/C. About an hour later Kendall called to tell me that the transmission did not need to be serviced, did I want to service it anyway? What service, fair and fast, what more can you ask for? The auto dealerships should hire this people to teach them what customer service is all about.

Have been working with Kens Automotive Repair since 2008, Scott the owner has always been great to work with, always up front and always accountable for quality of service. Front office staff are very service orientated and customer friendly. Mechanics/Technicians are cut out of the same cloth, the do an excellent job.
