They are very knowledgeable because they make the investment to attend national training programs to stay current with technology. They recently invested in the latest testing equipment to diagnose difficult problems on many makes and models. They are upfront and honest when giving repair estimates. The Service Manager keeps the customer informed when additional parts or time is required.
